     This is to say that The Sir Thomas and Lady Duncan Trust have recently sold their property--Otiwhiti Station--a 3354 hectare hill country property in the Rangitikei, at auction through Bayleys Real Estate Limited.
     The whole sale process was conducted extremely professionally by two very competent agents.
      Written weekly reports were provided to the Trustees.
      The ability of the Estate Agents to sift out the firm bidders from the rest and to provide accurate information to the vendors prior to auction was as impressive as it was important.
